Allowing Access to Our Servers

If your organization has strict security protocols in place, it may be necessary to allow network access to our servers. Your IT department should be familiar with this relatively simple procedure. You should ask them to add the following servers to your Allow List:

• stratasite.io
• konvertapp.com

If you encountered an error in your web browser that the connection was refused or the site can't be reached, please pass the above information along to your IT department.
