User Roles
There are several different User Roles available in your StrataSite™ portal. Each role has different levels of access to the portal. User Roles can be assigned when inviting new Users or updated later by editing a User.
Portal Administrator
Portal Administrators have full access to the portal. They can manage all Users, Projects and Plans.
Planner
Planners can add new Viewers and Learners to the portal. They can create Projects and manage Plans within any Project they have created or to which they have been granted access.
Viewer
Viewers only have read-only access to the Projects and Plans to which they have been assigned.
Learner
Learners only have access to the learning and training modules to which they have been assigned. They cannot access any Projects or Plans.
